Need help with military installations

Hi, I'm trying to get military items present only in military space installations (SAP 8 Core, ...) BUT I'm getting so much angry with either the cargo bay changing its content with gold + LTD (i don't care of them) because of some scenario OR the turrets shooting me without being able to take them down. Plus, i get shot by ALL the AI, whatever the side if i don't pick anything. So: Are the scenario always happening? If not what kind of system state do i need to look for? Do you know installations (not Gridge, 2 turrets in front of cargo bay 1) that don't have turrets in front of cargo bay ? Do i have a way to destroy turret in front of cargo bay WITHOUT having to shoot it again ? (i remember something similar in some installations but it was a while back) Thx in advanced.
