Best blueprint for T9 thrusters and power plant?

Hello! My T9 is overheating up to 75-80% every time I boost and hit SC or hi-wake. I don't know if the problem is thrusters, power plant, or something else. Or if it's even a problem; maybe it's working as intended, I don't know. I already G5ed the power plant with Overcharged + Thermal Spread, but it keeps overheating. I'm here sitting at Palin's lab, but before doing anything I'd like some advice, please: What should I put on the thrusters so I don't have to re-do the plant? a) Clean+Thermal Spread b) Clean+Drag Drives c) Dirty+Thermal Spread d) Dirty+Drag Drives I mostly use it for very occasional mining and in-system hauling of tritium from station to FC, so hyperspace jumps are a rare occurrence.
